Coach Whitney’s Juggling Challenge:

Ready to level up your juggling skills? Here’s the challenge:

Set Your Starting Point:
Begin by determining how many juggles you can comfortably do on Day 1. This will be your baseline. For example, if you can juggle 10 times in a row, start there.

Daily Practice:
Every day, practice your juggling. Aim to increase the number you can do each time, or if you’re still mastering a certain amount, repeat it until you feel confident enough to push further.

Track Your Progress:
Keep a daily log of how many juggles you can do. Whether it’s in a journal or on your phone, write down your number for each day. For instance:Day 1: 10 juggles
Day 2: 12 juggles
Day 3: 15 juggles
And so on…

End-of-Month Report:
At the end of the month, look back at your progress and see how far you’ve come! Compare your final count to your starting number and celebrate your improvement!
